| Friday 27th May 2016 would normally be a work day, but instead Daisy and I have come to Algonquin Park and are taking in our first view and photo opportunity at Smoke Lake. |

| We paddled from Lake of Two Rivers towards Cache Lake on the Madawaska River but these falls interrupted our journey and we turned around. |

| February 14, 2016, Valentines day in Barrie, Ontario. The temperature reached -33.3 degreesC, which broke a Valentine's day record set in 1879. |
